MRI looks good. No changes- everything is stable!! This was, however, a rough San Francisco trip for Jackson. On Monday he did his Growth Hormone Stimulation test. He was not allowed to eat during or before the test so it was a long day. The test took about six hours. It started at 9 am with some difficulty finding a vein for the IV. After placing the IV, we gave him some oral medicine and did periodic lab draws. About halfway through the test we gave him some more oral meds that made him very sick. He instantly turned pale, got clammy and threw up. As you know, Jackson has limited speech ability, however as soon as he saw the ol' pink bucket he said "barf". I guess that is a word he will never lose. We finished the test around 2:30 and went back to the family house, where he got sick again. It was a bad day, he really felt awful. Luckily, the nurse left his IV in, so on Tuesday we wheeled a sleeping and very tired Jackson over to the MRI and the Doctor hooked him up while he slept in his stroller. We never had to wake him. We just transferred him onto the table after the anesthesia was administered and they took him into the MRI. It was very easy. Our Doctor was out of town, so the Fellow called us at home last night with the good news. Another three months down! Thanks for all the prayers. We'll keep you posted on the Endocrine test results.

Awwwww Jackson you are such a trooper. I think you deserve some fatty cakes. You have a Great 4th of July.
What a long, draining trip for Jackson, and it obviously wasn’t easy for Mommy and Daddy either- BIG sighs of relief can be heard from SF- to Sacramento- to LA- to SLC-and beyond! Jackson is my hero! Enjoy the fireworks and your 4th of July, Jobes!
