Happy Mother’s Day

Jack woke up with a little cough and congestion today but ended up having a great day. This morning he had two of his grandmas over for mother's day brunch.  All his Aunt's and Uncle's, (even the ones from Utah) were here, his Papa and of course all his little cousins came over too.  Jack and Wyatt had a blast!  What a difference the last few months have made.  Just a few months ago, Jack couldn't handle being around kids, he would hide in my arms until no one else was around. Today, he let his grandmas and aunts hold him and he even sat in a tent with his cousins and brother and laughed and laughed as it kept tipping over.  It is amazing to see how far he has come.  Of course, after everybody left he took a three and a half hour nap!!

This week we have speech therapy and that is all.  Yep, you heard me, no doctors appointments this week.  This is the first time in the last year that we have no doctors all week.  We are going to enjoy it because next week we head back to SF for some infusions and then on June 2nd we have our next MRI and chemo round.

Hope everybody had a great mother's day weekend!

Happy (belated) Mother’s Day, Keri!  I was thinking of you yesterday and how that MRI must have been a pretty great Mothers Day gift!  I am so glad that you got to enjoy family with your boys and that they had such a great time.  This is the important stuff in life, isn’t it?  Take care—Jenn

Wow!  What a mommy’s day gift you gave your mommy Jackson.  You gave her the gift of watching you play and laugh with your family!  A very special gift indeed.

As for this week, enjoy every second of it!!!  Have fun Jack & Wyatt enjoy the week off!!

Hey guys!  We had a blast on Sunday with all of you.  It was great seeing Jack interact with all of the kids.  I (Jamie) especially enjoyed when he and I played peek-a-boo with Uncle Jeff and Wyatt.  I also enjoyed the cuddle time I got with him too!  He has definitely come a long way and, though he still has a good amount of road left to go, he’ll get through it all and come out on top.....just like his parents!  You guys hang in there and hopefully we’ll see you on Thursday!

Hey Jack and Wyatt!

We couldn’t agree more.  Jack is coming SO far so fast, and every playdate, we’re so excited to see so much progress.  Aunt Lisa is still shocked and awwed at all the snuggle time Jack shared with me last time (I could’ve stayed that way all day!), and how adorable was it when Brendan and Wyatt were doing the same!

We love you guys so much, and we’re happy to be close now, where we can share in the celebrations together and watch the boys form such strong and beautiful bonds.
