Update

Jack has spent an average of about 3-4 hours each day at the clinic since his admission, but he's still out, and it looks like it will stay that way for a little while longer.  He still has the rash, but it seems to be healing.  It's just very very itchy now.  Since his discharge he has eaten about one piece of bread and is still on the IV nutrition every day.  We think he's showing more of an interest in food and hope in the next few days it ramps up a bit.

Regarding the cancer, we have spent a lot of time continuing our research and meeting with the various doctors regarding his upcoming treatments, but so far no definitive decisons have been made yet.  He is still scheduled to begin his last round of chemo on Halloween.

It may be possible for Jack to go back home to his real home for the weekend, we'll see what the doctors tell us today.  Thank you for all of your support!

We hope you had fun at home this past weekend!  What a wonderful break for everyone.

This is our last time on our computer for awhile because our movers are taking it in a few minutes.  We’ll be out in Sacramento on Thursday, and we’ll cross our fingers that Uncle Greg and I get to see you and Wyatt while we’re there and maybe even introduce you or him to your baby cousin.  We hope you’re having a great week!!

We love you!

Dear Kelly and Keri:  It was awesome to see Kelly at 901 G today! I wish I could have seen you too, Keri.  It felt great to just sit around on the couches and catch up.  You both are missed very much and we are all behind you, supporting your family through thoughts and prayers and notes on this Team Jackson website!  Just say the word when it is time to ask for vacation donations!  Your friends and many others here want to help and that is one concrete way that we can!  Enjoy your time home right now!!!

All my love, Donna

Hi Jack- I am going on a long trip, and even though I won’t be able to write on here as often as I would like, I will be thinking of you everyday, just like I do now. I know that the next time I check this website there will be great news about you, and another awesome picture of you smiling.
Love (all of you),
Auntie Sam
